Viaduct Illustration

In 2003 the Oregon Department of Transportation undertook changes to the existing viaduct which runs through Medford. It needed to be updated to meet current safety standards, to be reinforced against possible future earthquake activity and to have its surface rehabilitated. Since everything I had to draw was yet future, I had to study sketches, blueprints and photographs in order to depict in a clear way what was going to occur during this construction process.
